Coastal Slice is a locally family owned business run by Andy & Laura Post.
My wife Laura and I are big fans of entertaining and cooking for a crowd. One of our favorite dishes to make was our backyard pizzas. It quickly became everyone’s favorite dish to eat. So, we decided to turn that passion into a business and started our own food trailer featuring NY style pizzas.
The Concept
Coastal Slice is a food truck serving New York-style pizza on the southern Oregon Coast, offering whole pizzas and pizza by the slice, made fresh and served hot. It's a locally family-owned business run by Andy and Laura Post, born out of a love of cooking for a crowd. It operates from a fixed food truck location at 775 N Front Street in Coos Bay, OR.
